Returns and Exchanges

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. We offer returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Store credit never expires and is issued instantly once your return is accepted. Returnable items can be returned within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Returns must be completed by mail.

When shipping a return by mail, please follow these guidelines:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging with all tags attached. Item packaging may include hangers, plastic wrap, boxes, warranty cards, accessories, and dust bags.
  • Please ensure only the items listed on your return label are included in the return package. Do not include other items.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The items listed below cannot be returned. If we receive a returned item from you that is on the list below, the package will be returned to you, we will notify you via email and you will not receive a credit.

The following categories are final sale:

  • Sale items or any promotional items. All items listed in our Sale Section are FINAL SALE.
  • Intimates (bras, panties, and shapewear).
  • Beauty and Grooming products. If the product causes an allergic reaction, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of the original purchase date. 

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. There are no exceptions.

If you were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, color, size, etc.) please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. We will pay for the return shipping for incorrectly filled orders.

In the event of merchandise damage or loss occurred during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. The same policy applies to stolen packages after they have been delivered to your destination.

Gift Returns

If you received an item from Rachel & Roxie as a gift and are dissatisfied, you may return the item for merchandise credit or use the credit to exchange for another item (please see Exchange Policy).

Please send an email to: rachel@rachelandroxie.com to initiate return or exchange. Please provide a gift receipt or packing slip, which lists your order number or shipment ID.

Shipping Charges

We do not refund shipping and handling charges unless an item sent to you is defective and/or was sent to you in error; you are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs unless an item is defective and/or was sent to you in error.

Refusal of Shipment

If you refuse any shipments from Rachel & Roxie, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Timelines

Rachel & Roxie will begin processing your return as soon as it is delivered to our warehouse. You will receive an email letting you know that we’ve received your return. 

Once accepted and processed, an emailed E-Gift Card will be instantly delivered.  Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. This does not include the shipping charge paid on the order.  

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 30 days of shipment receipt for all orders.  The amount of an exchanged item can be applied to the same item in a different size or color, or an alternative item. If a different item is selected and it is less than the value of the item originally purchased, a store credit will be issued for any remaining balance.  If the newly selected item exceeds the value of the item originally purchased, you will be prompted to pay the difference at checkout.

Please note that you are only allowed an exchange 1 time per item.  You are responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange. Exchanges will not be shipped until the returned item(s) have been accepted and processed. Once your exchange has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
